Shamasree Ghosh (M. Sc. in chemistry) earned a PhD degree in Chemistry at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Hyderabad, India in 2021. She has more than 5 years’ experience in academic research studying about protein expression, purification and characterization using various biochemical and biophysical techniques in India and Sweden.

Shamasree joined Vacara AB in 2024 as a research scientist to help in production of tolerogenic vaccine development for rheumatoid arthritis.
